Contract categories can now be configured and individualized even more easily. Categories and fields can be easily created and managed with the new field builder. Different layouts per contract category allow even faster access to relevant data.
ContractHero now offers automatic backups. So you can additionally backup your contracts as well as the contract data according to your business security requirements.
ContractHero now supports Microsoft and Google single sign-on. This way, no additional account is needed and you don't have to remember a new password. Moreover, registration via Single Sign-On is simple and secure.
With recurring reminders, you can easily be reminded of expiring contracts or notice periods. For reminders that are to be sent on a regular basis, you can set a monthly or annual interval and will be reminded at regular intervals.
With tags, or keywords, you can categorize and find your contracts even more easily. Relationships between different contracts can be quickly identified through tags and the information you are looking for is available within seconds.
The central administration of different companies, such as subsidiaries, is now even easier. Create several, separate sub-teams for your various subsidiaries / companies and manage them centrally and clearly via your account. Invite the responsible colleagues to the corresponding accounts and retain full control.
This is how you manage your clients' contracts easily and clearly! With the multi-client capability, you can access your clients' contracts in your account without needing an additional account or login at the client. This means you no longer have to request contracts from the client, but can access the decisive information independently.
Good news for international teams: All pages in the ContractHero backend, including registration and login, are now available in English.
By integrating Signaturit, the new eSignature module at ContractHero, we enable you to manage your contracts holistically via just one solution. With ContractHero you can now also adapt existing contracts via digital signature as well as set up completely new contracts.
Our new import function puts an end to manually entering large quantities of existing contracts - simply upload the table, assign columns and ContractHero imports even hundreds of contracts in seconds.
From now on, ContractHero allows you to add attachments to new and existing contracts. For example, extended or amended contracts can be filed together or supplemented with additional explanatory documents and then conveniently reviewed together. In addition, we have improved and once again accelerated the upload.
With today's update, we are adding more options to help maintain contract details. Users can create different payment cycles, such as hourly, daily and project-based.
Thanks to optimised use of space, the overview of the contracts stored in ContractHero is even better, which is particularly noticeable on large screens. The automatic email notifications after uploading contracts can now be deselected - important for high contract numbers. We have also integrated the new price structure.
With the field construction kit, new individual fields, e.g. text fields, number fields, dropdowns, date fields, etc., can be created and then assigned to specific contract categories. This opens up unlimited possibilities in terms of data storage, sorting and searching. In addition, the contract data including the new fields can be exported very easily - a new feature is the targeted export by contract type.
As of today, our export feature is live! Special highlight: all date and number fields are correctly formatted during export. This makes further processing much easier. In addition, ContractHero now converts e.g. annual or semi-annual costs to costs per month. This makes contracts even more comparable.
So simple and yet so crucial: In order to reach the goal even faster in the targeted search for information, the PDF contracts stored in ContractHero are scrollable. We have also removed the limit on the contract overview page.
